چکیده
Turkey is in a very convenient position for animal husbandry terms of both natural resources and ecological conditions. Forage crops, which has important place agricultural activities, the insurance plant production. Sainfoin perennial forage legume species that grown northern temperate regions world from Mediterranean region Caucasus, to Central Asia. In this study genetic diversity 100 genotypes representing 44 accessions 18 different Onobrychis (O. arenaria subsp. arenaria, O. inermis, petraea, cyri, iberica, altissima, vassilczenkoi, conferta argentea, alba laconica, biebersteinii, grandis, kachetica, kemulariae, oxyodonta, megataphros, pallasii, spp., viciifolia) were evaluated using 8 simple sequence repeat (microsatellite) markers. Based on results, OVK036, OVK094, OVK125, OVM033, OVK161, OVK046, OVM061, OVK174 loci polymorphic. The observed number alleles per SSR locus ranged 6 21 (mean 11.625). Maximum allele frequency 0.51 0.93 with mean value 0.73. PIC 0.124 0.244. polymorphism information content was 0.188. Genetic coefficients according UPGMA 0.000 0.9375. Cluster analysis divided sainfoin into two main groups (Cluster-I Cluster-II). All diploid (except 1 genotype) used formed separate group within Cluster-I. results revealed markers are useful molecular characterization assessing accessions. obtained variability studied certain provided significant about structure could be as parental lines breeding programs.

Rice (Oryza sativa L.) is one of the most significant cereal crops, about 3 billion people, nearly half the world's population; depend on rice for survival and it offers up to 80% of daily energy intake in most of the Asian countries. Knowledge of the distribution, extent and pattern of genetic variation is useful for estimation of any possible loss of genetic diversity and its role in breeding...

Pearl millet (Pennisetum glaucum (L.) R. Br.) and napier grass (Pennisetum purpureum Schumach) are the most economically important species in the genus Pennisetum. Knowledge of genetic diversity of these two species would enhance their potentials for utilization. The present work assessed the genetic diversity and phylogenetic relationship among Nigerian and Indian accessions of pearl millet an...

We analyzed the genetic variability of 40 watermelon accessions collected from 8 regions of Northeastern Brazil using microsatellite markers, in order to suggest strategies of conservation and utilization of genetic variability in this species. These accessions are not commercial cultivars. They were sampled in areas of traditional farmers that usually keep their own seeds for future plantings ...
